The President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, has appointed Mr. Kale Cesar Esq. as the new Managing Director of Metro Mass Transit Limited.
Mr. Kale replaces Mr. Albert Adu Boahen, who has been at the helm of affairs in this noble transport company since 2018.
His appointment was announced on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Until his new role, Mr. Kale was managing his private business.
As a seasoned politician and lawyer, Mr. Kale has served Ghana in various capacities, including Deputy Upper West Regional Minister under President John Evans Atta Mills until January 2013.
Mr. Kale also served as a Presidential Staffer during President John Dramani Mahama’s first term.
Additionally, he held roles as Deputy Director of Research and Deputy Director in charge of Special Duties for the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Mr. Kale holds a Masters of Arts in Human Resources Development, Bachelor of Technology Education (Construction), Diploma in Technology Education, and many more.
He brings to his new role a wealth of experience in both public and private life.
